Kampala — Over 16,000 small holder farmers countrywide will be taught and helped to produce cassava flour for confectionery. The state minister for agriculture, Aggrey Henry Bagiire, on Thursday launched the Casava Adding Value for Africa project at Protea Hotel in Kampala.
